Hurricane Melissa Disaster Relief

Dear Jamaicans and Friends of Jamaicans,
Jamaica experienced the catastrophic effects of Hurricane Mellisa, a powerful Category 5 storm which made landfall on October 28th. The Hurricane caused widespread damage in southern and western parishes which left thousands of persons displaced and livelihoods lost.

The Government of Jamaica (GoJ) has launched a dedicated online platform to mobilize, channel relief and coordinate efforts for natural disasters.
